Thanksgiving Break: November 24-28, 2025

Fall Semester end dates: The last day for FA25 finals is Friday, December 19. Fall Commencement is Sunday, December 21, 2025

Winter Break: December 22, 2025 - Sunday, January 11, 2026. Classes resume on Monday, January 12, 2026

Fall & Winter Service Selections

Security Checks:
- Thanksgiving Break (11/23-11/29): Daily checks- $300
- Winter Break (12/21-1/10/26): Daily checks- $1300 -or-
Monday, Wednesday, Friday ONLY (no weekend checks)- $750

Snow Removal: SC Borough ordinances require that all sidewalks be cleared within 24 hours after snowfall has ended. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or Borough Points being assessed to the property by the Borough.

Ice Melt: Before each winter weather event we will email your House Manager with instructions on how to reserve or obtain ice melt for that storm. Ice melt is sold in 50 lb bags and costs $13.75/bag. It can be picked up from our office at no additional cost, or can be delivered directly to the house for an additional delivery fee.
