Nittany Co-Op is governed by a Board of Directors. Our Board includes 15 voting, and at least one Ad Hoc (non-voting) member. Board members represent the Co-Op and are tasked with managing its’ affairs – from deciding which initiatives and programs the Co-Op should undertake, to guiding fiscal and business decisions.
The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis and includes representatives from the following areas:
