Parking information and parking space payment page for the parking lot located at 351 E. Fairmount Ave, State College, PA 16801 (LCA House Parking lot).

Important Parking Information:

Follow these steps to secure parking for the 2025-2026 academic year:

  1. Complete the below form to submit your personal and vehicle information.
  2. Remit payment via the below form (credit card)
  3. Collect your parking pass from the Nittany Co-Op Office: 226 E Nittany Ave, State College  
  4. Display your pass on your back/rear window while parked in the lot.
    1. If you are not parked in your designated spot with your parking tag visible you will be towed at your own expense. No reimbursement will be granted.
    2. If you intend to park at the house for any length of time (including one weekend) you must register with the Nittany Co-Op or you will be subject to towing.

2025-2026 General Public and Non-Member Parking Prices:

  • Fall 2025 One-Semester Parking: $600
  • Spring 2026 One-Semester Parking: $600
  • Fall 2025 AND Spring 2026 TWO Semester Parking: $1100

Parking Terms of Agreement:

  1. PARKING SPACE RENTAL PAYMENT: Parking space rent payments can be made via the online form below.
  2. REMOVAL OF TRESPASSERS: Licensor’s agent assumes no responsibility for removal of trespassers who may park unauthorized vehicles in the space designated for the use by Licensee.
    Licensee may tow unauthorized vehicles from Licensee’s space.
  3. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Licensee must carry insurance on vehicle. Licensor’s agent assumes no responsibility for vandalism or damage to vehicle.
  4. LICENSEE TO ABIDE BY RULES OF LICENSOR: Licensee shall abide by all rules and regulations currently in effect for the designated parking area.
  5. AGREEMENT CREATES LICENSE ONLY: This parking agreement is intended to create a
    License only granting the licensee the right to use the designated parking space. No Landlord-Tenant relationship is intended.
  6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: If Licensee shall breach the agreement, then after notice,
    Licensor may terminate this agreement and refund to Licensee any accrued fees. Upon termination of this agreement because of Licensee’s breach, Licensee shall not have the right to use the designated area and shall be treated as a trespasser thereafter.
  7. NOTICE: Any notice required by this parking agreement shall be sufficient if sent to the registered address of Licensee or if it is left upon the unregistered vehicle of licensee while it occupies the designated space or area.
  8. SUBLETTING: In the event Licensee assigns parking space, the sub-tenant is required to make application to our office for a new parking agreement. Licensee must return used permit after approval, and a sublet lease will be issued to the sub-tenant at a cost of $10.00 for the processing fee. An additional $5.00 fee for a replacement permit must also be paid is one is needed. Replacement permits will be issued only after vehicle identification and the payment of account is paid in full and all permits are returned to Zeta Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. along with a forwarding address in writing.
  9. IDENTIFICATION OF VEHICLE: Licensee shall register one vehicle with Licensor’s agent and shall abide by all registration and identification requirements that may be imposed from time to time by Licensor’s agent to control use of the parking facilities.
  10. RESERVATION OF THE RIGHT TO REMOVE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE: Although it is not obligated to do so, at the request of the Licensee, Licensor’s agent shall have the right to remove any unregistered vehicle from the designated space or area.
  11. RECEIPT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS: By executing this parking agreement, Licensee acknowledges receipt of the rules and regulations applicable to the designated parking space or area.
  12. BINDING EFFECT: This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and the successors and assigns, except as limited herein.
  13. RETURNED CHECKS: A $25.00 service charge will be levied on all checks returned due to non-sufficient funds or for any other reason. Returned checks will not be redeposited. Licensee must cover the returned check with cash, money order, or certified check. Late charges will continue to accrue until the rent is paid in full. 
  14. PARKING PERMITS: Parking permits must be displayed on the front mirror or front dashboard of the vehicle at all times. 
  15. SNOW REMOVAL: Only the right-of-way will be plowed in the parking lot. Licensee is responsible for removing snow around his own vehicle. 
  16. PARKING ELIGIBILITY: In order for a member to be eligible for parking during the second semester he must have all dues and fees paid in full before the end of the first academic semester. If all dues and fees are paid in full the member is considered in Good Standing. If a member is not in Good Standing and the member has paid to park for both semesters in full then he will be refunded $150.00 and will not be allowed to park in the lot during the second semester.
